libgcrypt update corepure64 8.x

A libgcrypt update in corepure64 8.x would have broken too many extensions, so it has been named libgcrypt2.Please compile any updated or new extensions against libgcrypt2 and not against libgcrypt.

It was probably done manually back then, without a build script. However, you don't have to use the old versions of gcc and glibc - their libs are backwards compatible, it's perfectly safe to build...

So, perl is an optional dependency of openssl, but not ca-certificates? Could we remove the dependency on perl from ca-certificates dep file, and leave it out of the openssl dep file?

perl is not optional for ca-certificates, c_rehash is run by update-ca-certificates, which is called by the start-up script.
