Update Coreplus from 8.1.1 to 8.2.1?

Hello, this is my first post here. I searched about the topic of upgrading tcl coreplus from version 8.1.1 to 8.2.1, but didn't found an answer.
I have just a simple question.
What I have to do to get the new version installed.
