Reported Minitool GPL violation, not a TC derivative

It was reported to us that Minitool's partition wizard bootable cd (pwfree9.iso) is based on TC, and with no sources nor mention of the license on their site, would violate the GPL.

At the surface it indeed looks like it, as their initrd is named tinyc...
